We do our best to process and ship Wig Takeout & On the Rocks items within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days within the US, depending on your location (though, shipping times have been taking longer since the pandemic).

Chef Specials are Made-to-Order and can take up to 8 weeks to be shipped, depending on stock availability. Thank you for your oatirnxe on these items.

​Bitter Betty merch is print on demand with a P.O.D website. So they can take time to process, print, and ship. Thank you for your patience with these orders.

 RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our number one goal! Therefore, We are more than happy to exchange products that are damaged during shipping or found to be defective. But, due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs.

Bitter Betty merch can be exchanged if defective. But, since we use a print-on-demand service, we cannot accept exchanges or returns otherwise. Please use the sizing chart to determine your size. Thank you for understanding.
